One Track Vision llc was founded by President/CEO,   Rick Cuéllar. Rick is an international business consultant whose clients include award winning Fortune 100 companies including AT&T, Telefonica de Argentina, Shandong Electric Power Company (SEPCO), and numerous small businesses in the USA.  In 1996 he begin on a quest to find a way to  develop programming for mainstream television which would be inclusive of Latinos playing Americans in principal roles.  He begin by writing a script for a dramatic soap opera, Alamo Heights SA, for a television series. 

His quest led him to immerse himself into research and development to understand how to tap into the entertainment and bring together with the education, government, and the public sector to get them to begin supporting programs where Latinos are playing Americans as principal characters.  The bureaucracy and road blocks he encountered in "Hollywood" a very guarded well established industry led him to develop a strategic plan to establish a viable entertainment industry in Texas which would be inclusive of Latinos as central characters playing Americans, but being inclusive of all.  And One Track Vision llc was established. 

Rick has established a network of experts to bring in to provide guidance to film makers and start up businesses as needed. 

Today One Track Vision llc is rolling out an eighteen component strategic plan to create long term jobs and lifetime careers in entertainment for the people of Texas.
